Accountability

Although I’ve started to enjoy my morning routine of working or alone, I could use an accountability partner. Like the days at the end of the week, Thursday and Friday. To be sure I dont quit on  those days and to help customize my workout so I’m actually hitting the spots I want to tone. Push me a little beyond my comfort zone. 

In the mean time, I think I’m starting to get a little result from what I have been doing on my own.
